Labelling Machine
Hardware and software design of an automatic device for measuring length of fabrics, printing measure on a self-adhesive label and laying it down on the fabric selvedge each meter
- Electronic device suitable for any model of fabric inspection machinery
- Microprocessor unit to control all functions of the device
- Length measure detected by a bidirectional encoder , resolution 0.5 mm
- Thermal transfer printing of detected measure onto self-adhesive labels with big fonts for easy reading. Also barcode printing is possible
- Automatic laying of labels on fabric selvedge each meter. Correct positioning of labels is guaranteed by the automatic continuous centering of labelling head through a gear motor photocells controlled
- Membrane numeric keyboard and alphanumeric lcd display 4X32 characters for data reading and setting of all working parameters
- When the inspection machine is going backwards, the labelling device stops working then works again on forward motion when exact measure is reached for the following label
- Maximum working speed 80 mt/1’ for labels each meter
